Frequently Asked Questions

The client should disconnect from the session, refresh their browser, and try to connect the device again.

If the USB connection dialog box pops up and the BLS device is marked as "Paired", click Cancel on the dialog.

The clinician should disconnect from the session. Then, double check that the Device ID was input correctly, and try to connect again.

Please ensure that you are using the Google Chrome browser.

Then, make sure the device is plugged all the way into the USB socket, or try a different USB socket on your computer.

If you are on windows:

  1. With the device still plugged in, press the start button and search for device manager
  2. open device manager and scroll down to Universal Serial Bus Devices and expand the section
  3. Right Click Arduino Micro
  4. Click Uninstall Device
  5. Confirm Uninstall
  6. Once complete unplug the device wait 5 seconds and plug back in

If that doesn't work, try installing the Arduino drivers.

If you are using a VPN service, please disconnect from it. It may be blocking your connection to the session.
